Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

    • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling
    • Late cancellations are subject to a 50% fee
    • No-shows or cancellations upon arrival may be charged in full

    Refund Eligibility

      • If you are not satisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours
      • We may offer a re-clean or partial/full refund at our discretion

      Re-clean Terms

        • A re-clean will be scheduled as soon as reasonably possible
        • The area in question must not have been altered since the initial clean

        Non-refundable Circumstances

          • Complaints made more than 24 hours after service
          • Situations where client instructions were not followed due to lack of communication
