Cancellations
- Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- Late cancellations are subject to a 50% fee
- No-shows or cancellations upon arrival may be charged in full
Refund Eligibility
- If you are not satisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours
- We may offer a re-clean or partial/full refund at our discretion
Re-clean Terms
- A re-clean will be scheduled as soon as reasonably possible
- The area in question must not have been altered since the initial clean
Non-refundable Circumstances
- Complaints made more than 24 hours after service
- Situations where client instructions were not followed due to lack of communication
