Welcome to Jetdore Cleaning Services! By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services Offered Residential Cleaning Commercial Cleaning

    • Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning Deep Cleaning
    • Window Cleaning Oven Cleaning
    • Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
    • Pressure Washing (e.g. patios, driveways, building exteriors) Specialized and Bespoke Cleaning Services

    Booking
    All bookings must be confirmed. We schedule based on availability. Appointments can be made via phone, email, or our official website. A booking is confirmed only after confirmation is sent from Jetdore Cleaning Services.

    Cancellations & Rescheduling
    Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
    Less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 25% to 50% of the service cost.

    Payment
    Payment is due when the service is completed unless we agree otherwise.

    Liability
    We are insured but not responsible for any pre-existing damage or damage caused by you.

    Access
    You must provide access at the scheduled time. Delays may reduce service time.

    Satisfaction
    If you’re unhappy, please contact us within 24 hours so we can fix it.

    Before-and-After Documentation
    Jetdore Cleaning Services reserves the right to take before-and-after photos of areas or items cleaned (e.g. ovens, windows, carpets) for quality control and promotional purposes.

    Customer Responsibilities

    • Provide access to water and electricity.
      • Secure pets and remove personal belongings from cleaning areas.
      • Notify us in advance if specific products must be used or avoided (e.g. allergies, sensitive materials).

      Health and Safety

        • Clients must disclose any known health hazards (e.g. pest infestations, mould, hazardous substances). We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe for our staff.
        • All staff are trained to follow safety protocols and use appropriate PPE and cleaning agents.

        Special Conditions for Pressure Washing & Window Cleaning

          • Clients must ensure external water access (e.g., outdoor taps) is available.
          • For window cleaning, any fragile or damaged glazing must be declared beforehand.
          • Jetdore is not liable for water ingress due to poor seals or structural damage on windows or surfaces being washed.

          Confidentiality

            • All customer data is handled in line with UK data protection regulations.
            • We will never share your information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

            Feedback and Complaints
            We welcome all feedback. If you are dissatisfied with any part of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

            Modifications to Terms
            Jetdore Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be available on our website and/or sent via email.

            Governing Law
            These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved under UK jurisdiction.

            Force Majeure
            We are not liable for service delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, transport issues, or pandemics.
